DBT-Informed Skills Group for Adults (18+)
Build Skills. Create Change. Live Fully.
Are you looking for practical tools to better manage emotions, navigate stress, and improve your relationships? Our DBT-Informed Skills Group offers a supportive, educational environment where you can learn evidence-based skills to help you create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Designed for adults ages 18 and older, this 12-week, in-person group provides an introduction to the core principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in a less intensive setting than comprehensive DBT treatment. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, or simply want to strengthen your coping skills, this group can help you build tools you can use every day.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout the 12 weeks, participants will develop skills in:
- Mindfulness – Become more present and intentional in daily life.
- Distress Tolerance – Learn healthy ways to cope during difficult moments without making situations worse.
- Emotion Regulation – Better understand and manage intense emotions.
- Interpersonal Effectiveness – Improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen relationships.
- Wise Mind & Self-Awareness – Make thoughtful decisions that align with your values.
